effect:
Dehydrocorydaline (DHC), also known as dehydrocorydaline, is an isoquinoline derivative alkaloid. Dehydrocorydaline has the effect of dilating coronary arteries. It is a drug for the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. The active ingredient of the preparation "Cardin". Experiments have also proven that dehydrocyridine is the main active ingredient of Corydalis Corydalis in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
application:
Dehydrofumarin nitrate is useful as a therapeutic agent specifically as an inhibitor of dipeptidyl peptidase-IV, a non-classical serine aminopeptidase that removes the amino terminus (N-terminus) of polypeptides and proteins Xaa-Pro dipeptide. DPP-IV-dependent slow release of X-Gly or X-Ser type dipeptides has also been reported for some naturally occurring peptides. The inhibitory effect of dehydrofumarin nitrate on DPP-IV at a concentration of 20 μg/mL was 63.8%.
